THE NANCY LOPEZ AWARD
SELECTION COMMITTEE

In 2000, the Board of Directors of Metro South Golf Charities (MSGC) created the Nancy Lopez Award Executive Committee. The Executive Committee currently comprises: Nancy Lopez (LPGA Hall of Fame), Mike Waldron (Georgia State Golf Association), Betsy Rawls (LPGA Hall of Fame), Rob Neal (LPGA), Mickey Walker (International Golf), J.T. Williams (Metro South Golf Charities), Steve Robinson (Chick-fil-A, Inc.), and Judy Bell (USGA). The Executive Committee compiled a list of qualified voters to form a Nominating and Voting Committee from around the world, representing such organizations as: the LPGA, PGA, NCAA, USGA, GSGA, and appropriate media. This year, the Committee nominated and voted on female amateur candidates from around the world to select Paula Creamer.
